Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have original tags still intact. We offer returns for store credit or exchanges for orders. Once approved you will receive store credit on a gift card. You will have exactly 1 year from the issuing date to use the gift card. After 1 year the gift card will EXPIRE, if you don’t use your gift card within the time period you will NOT receive another gift card.
Please note any orders placed on a gift card will be FINAL SALE. This means once you use your gift card you will not be able to return or exchange your items for any reason. (Size exchanges may be considered)
We are not responsible for providing a shipping label, this mean you (the customer) are responsible for shipping the items back to us at your own cost. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earnings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, or anything marked "final sale".
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items with stains or smell of perfume will not be accepted and we will charge a shipping fee and have the items shipped back to you.
To start a return, you can contact us on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram). When emailing, please make sure you include your full name and order number.
We are not responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address. Please be sure you put in your correct address at checkout. If the item is sent back to us, you will need to pay the shipping fee before we send it back out to you. If you notice that you put in the wrong address at checkout, please contact us on Facebook or Instagram ASAP. We cannot guarantee that we can have your address changed in time, so please make sure you enter in the correct address before completing the purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your items. Please contact us on Facebook or Instagram.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you can file a claim through the carrier or with your local authorities.
Returning sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items including those purchased using a sale code, are FINAL sale. We will not be refunding or issuing a store credit if you purchase one of our sale items. Please do not ship them back to us. We will not issue any refund and will charge a shipping fee to have the item returned back to you.
Swimwear
Panty lining MUST be intact and have no signs of wear. All tags must be attached.
